WARN

Hello!

In the "Log analyzer" is visible WARN, which refers judging by the ticket to the JIRA Service Desk Server. Is this WARN not clear for our jira software? and what needs to be done to fix it?

Hello Alexey,

The warning message "Dashboard doesn't load when SD is being restarted" looks like this BUG:

We have seen the error trigger when opening a service desk project dashboard in another tab or on another computer (i.e. any end user with the page already loaded, so a session is established in the browser), next Upgrade or restart the Service desk application (enabling and disabling safe mode or upgrading the Universal Plugin manager will restart the Service desk modules and could be related), then refresh the dashboard in the alternate location either while the application is upgrading/restarting or shortly thereafter without accessing another page first.

If you look at the logging do you see an error like the one in the Bug report above?

Have you triggered an upgrade or restarted the application in any way with the timeframe of the warning and dose this behavior line up?  Like Safe Mode, UPM upgrade, or disable / re-enable Service Desk application or module.

Regards,
Earl

Jira Software was restarted and similar errors appear in the logs when starting
