In the customer view of our tickets, some DO show the originally submitted ticket details at the bottom of the list of ticket updates (chronologic). Other tickets do not show the original ticket detail?
Why? - we want the original ticket details (submitted) visible to the customer always.

Check if the ticket has a Customer Request type.
