Dear Support,
Sceario.
User 1 + User 2 + User 3 belong to Group: Company A.
User 5 + user 7 + user 8 belong to Group: Company B.
User 1 opens ticket via customer Portal.
Is there any possible configuration to allow the users (User2 + User 3) in Company A, to view the ticket opened by User 1?
Users in Company B must not be able to view issues created by users in group A. Basically, I want each user to be able to see all tickets opened by any member of his group only.
Can you assist?
Jason,
Please make use of organizations. Please see documentation from the link below.

Hi Victor, thanks a lot for the information you provided. i have another related question if you dont mind. is it possible to have the "Organisation" field populated automatically? or does it have to be added as a field manually each time by an Admin?
Also can any config be made so that if an issue is opened by any user in group: CompanyA, the rest of the group will have visibility automatically?

Jason,
If a user is part of an organization, they'll see all the tickets submitted by members in that organization.
Please see link below for your first question.

I hope the info will be helpful.

Hi Jason,
We're working to add this feature to our app Extension for Jira Service Desk. We need a couple weeks to develop it. When customer will be added to service desk, our app automatically adds this person to selected Jira group and add this person to selected organisation connected with this Jira group.
If you want to test a beta version or see mockups of this functionality, please raise a ticket in our service desk to be up-to-date.
Cheers,
Kate
