View watchers link is not working when we edit JIRA/ add comment/ add attachment, until we don’t refresh the page forcefully.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any JIRA.
2. Access the link for view watchers. (This time, the link is working fine)
3. Now either add comment or edit the description for this JIRA or change the QA Engineer for same.
4. Now again try to access the view watchers link. (This time the link is not working. Although when we refresh the page and again try to access same, it works.)

Note: In IE browser, the link is not working anyway. (Neither the 1^st time nor after refreshing the page.)

Sounds to me like you might be reaching JIRA via a internal proxy, can this be the case?

do you see any error inside Dev tool of your browser. For example you can open dev console by pressing F12 on Chrome for Windows? Open the console before clicking on the link.
