View the "System Default Field Configuration" scheme

In Field configuration scheme, the "System Default Field Configuration" is not coming on the list. All other configurations that we created are visible. Our Most of the projects are using "System Default Field Configuration". So Just wanted to view that scheme.

The key point is that the "System Default Field Configuration" is labeled "Default Field Configuration", so it's kind of confusing. And that's how I spent an hour of my morning...

That is default behavior in JIRA as you can see in a freshly installed instance:

I checked to see if there was a Suggestion that already exists to show this field but I did not see one so you may want to go to JAC and create one.  If you do, add your use case to the description and post the link here so other members of the Community can vote on this feature request and add impact.
