Hi,

I have created a project in JIRA service desk with two end user (clients who will submit their service request).

My question is, is it possible that they both see requests of each other and also be able to action upon on those requests.

You have to add other users as Request Participants and then they can see each others requests.

Adding "Request Participants" can be done only after raising requests, Am I correct ?

Is there any setting by which users associated to a project get this feature automatically ?

Unfortunately no. It would be really useful. You could probably find / write a scriptrunner script to do it.
