I have raised an issue in the past with my SEN and can't quite remember the SQL query I was given as a solution. Right now, I see how I can raise an new issue with support, but I can't find my old ticket(s). This shouldn't be hard, but Atlassian's support site seems to want me to create a new support ticket, or use the Community portal, ugh.
