Very Important !! Unable to start Jira

HI team,

I am getting this below Error while starting the JIRA.

It's happening when we restarted the application. Once we installed new SSL certificate.

Not sure when this happened, and why. Was it during a restart, an upgrade, a install? Please add all steps that brough you to this stage. Also if this is production, start a case on https://support.atlassian.com too

My answer was lost, so this is the short version.
