Validation: Require Subtask Existence?

Hey everyone,

Is there a way to validate that a subtask EXISTS before progressing to the next step in the workflow? Basically I need a subtask to be created for a certain step, and I wanted to make sure that the person actually creates the subtask before moving on.

Thanks

Hello,

You can use the JIRA Workflow Toolbox that adds several validators, among them, is one to check for sub-tasks.

For more details, check out https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox.workflow-toolbox
