Our company runs a Jira via the cloud service. Our partner runs Service Desk on their servers. Is there a way to send an issue from one to the other? There are often tasks our internal team will will on that will cause us to enter a new case for our partner to complete. We would prefer to keep the two separated as our partner does work with other clients. Is there a way to accomplish this?
