Using setFormValue in behavior has no effect

I used the behavior in scriptRunner, but I don't know how to set form value for user picker? can you help me

I found my problem from the article below and solved it and it works fine now.
Also, I would like to ask, is it possible to set the range of options for the user selector?

Hi @James Lebron what do you mean by range? Do you want to filter some users out or something like that?
