Using @ for commenting on an issue

Hi,

When I comment on an issue, I have been using "@XXX" in the comment field to quickly add members and notify them. I have Admin access and have been using this feature, but I found that members who have only User access cannot use this feature. They simply don't get any names of list when they type "@XXX" in the comment. Why? Am I missing any settings or permssions?

I have allocated all members I need for the project in People section. Also, I checked the global permission to make sure that memebers who have User acess can comment on any issues.

I did find an answer reading a JIRA 5.0 RC2 Release note! Forgot to change Brose Users global permission access.
