Using Service Desk AND a Kanban Board

Hey there,

currently we are using a Kanban Board for our team, where we are getting cards from other teams and planning the week with this cards.

Our goal is to exclude all other teams from our board and give them a service desk solution, where they can create issues which automatically drop into our Kanban Inbox. 


Does this work? If yes, how? :O

Felix,

I think that the only thing you need to do is create a kanban board that includes, in the filter, the issues from the Service Desk project.

Kanban boards are based on a project or jql filter.

make sure the filter lists the issues from your sd project:
