I am sending ticket information (new and updates) to JIRA from our NetSuite system. In doing so, we have a lot of employees who enter things with the text effects notations. For instance if they enter a date 2015-07-10 the 07 gets a strike through.
Is there a setting to ignore this text formatting when sending data via the REST API? We never want the formatting when sending to the JIRa API.
