We have multiple boards in our organisation. I have created an access request using the Jira Request Type. I have attached a form to the request.
I created an automation rule which, when a ticket is created using this request, a new ticket will be created in another project for the onboarding team to take action.
However the 2 projects use different workflows and different Issue types. How can I use the automation tool to create the second ticket and attach the filled out form from the original ticket, to the new ticket in the second project?

Anyways, the bad news is, Automation does not currently support copying of attachments. There is a feature request for this:

Huh. Yeah, I don't have much experience with Forms (fka ProForma), but from the UI it doesn't appear that Forms can be shared across projects, only copied:
Further, I saw no option to Share/Link to the actual form within a request.
OH! But I may have found a way to link to the attachment (assuming you configure Forms to save it as PDF):
