Using JIRA for Design Projects (Websites, Mobile Apps?

Any tips on using JIRA for design projects. For example: Websites, Mobile Apps. Design, adding comps, wireframes etc... We've been using JIRA for these types of projects but adding images for review creates clutter and especially when you have to make revisions to designs and then upload to JIRA for review. You start to have multiple versions etc...

Are there plugins for this type of workflow?
