Hello everyone,
When I select "Can't access your account?" link in Jira running on localhost, the email does not arrive in my email. I checked all of the folders in my email.
I tried the reset username link - no email, I tried the reset password link - no email as well.
Can anyone provide assistance please ?

We had a similar issue, some of our users did not receive the reset password email. I found out, that users were putting the whole email (example@gmail.com) in the "username" field, instead of just username (example).
Perhaps it helps someone reading this.
