Users listed in custom field not getting email notifications

Hi all,

I have a problem with email notification for users listed in custom field 'user picker' (multiple users).
These users not getting notification for all events (Issue Commented, Reopened, Resolved etc) and also its not mentioned in the log file of JIRA too.

I have checked Notification Scheme, user profiles (My Changes option in the user's profile set to Notify Me) and Notification Helper - but users still not get any emails.

Notification Helper said that all is OK:

Why this happens? How can I fix that?

This widget could not be displayed.

Just a quick question, do these users have the browse project permission or are security levels involved?
