Users get "You are not able to request access." error

My users are getting the error "You are not able to request access." when they try to look up a issue.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @Hiren Siledar , 

If they are not able to access the project itself, then ensure that you verify the permissions for the project and provide the required permissions, if does not exists. 

If it is happening with only some issues from the project, then you may verify the following.

• Check the Browse Project permissions. 
• Verify the workflow properties
• Issue security scheme.
