Since lately all our users are not able to add or view the list of watchers in a ticket. Even as a admin I don't have the permission to see the watchers.
In the permission scheme we selected:
Manage Watchers: Any logged in user
View Voters and Watchers: Any logged in user
And it worked fine til recently. Did something change here? is this a bug?
We are using the cloud version.

If this happened all of a sudden I would contact Support as that shouldn't have stopped for you all of a suden. If this has resolved itself let me know, however, if you're still experiencing this I would contact Support so they can take a look on the backend.
Additionally, if you feel comforatable providing your Cloud URL I can check with the Support team to see if there is anything they can do without you having to submit a support ticket.
