Couldn't get an access to Herzum's issue tracker. Leaving problem here.
Users can't see approvers in list when accessing issue via service desk agent screen (with queues). For instance:https://servicedesk.vimpelcom.com/projects/JSD/queues/custom/233/JSD-669

And everything works fine via "browse" link.

This problem appeared after updating JIRA to 7.2.0. Today we updated Herzum to final version. "herzum-approval-plugin-3.10.2-JIRA-7.0-7.2" but situation is the same.
What can we do?
The bug has been reproduced in our staging environment.
