Users can't see approvers in issue screen

Couldn't get an access to Herzum's issue tracker. Leaving problem here.

Users can't see approvers in list when accessing issue via service desk agent screen (with queues). For instance:https://servicedesk.vimpelcom.com/projects/JSD/queues/custom/233/JSD-669

And everything works fine via "browse" link.

This problem appeared after updating JIRA to 7.2.0. Today we updated Herzum to final version. "herzum-approval-plugin-3.10.2-JIRA-7.0-7.2" but situation is the same.

What can we do?

We have already started to work on the ticket that you have opened within our issue tracking system.

The bug has been reproduced in our staging environment.

The next add-on version 3.10.3-JIRA-7.0-7.2 will provide the fix for this bug.
