There are several users from our organisation who don't have access to share the tickets opened by them.
Could you please check this?

The issue you are presenting, could relate to permissions, contact your admins on this.
Also are these users part of an organisation in your JSM project and how are the customer permissions set?
If this is not the case contact Atlassian Support.
