Users are not getting notifications when a comment is added via mailhandler

Hi,

 

I am encountering an error with a customized mailhandler in jira cloud:

When a comment is added to an existing Ticket via this mailhandler, the users are not getting any notification. When commenting the Ticket by hand, the notifications are sent.

The NotificationHelper also is positive about sending the notifications.

 

Is there anything I am missing here?
