Username issue when replying to notifications

I configured E-mail notifications for created issues/comments and they are working great. The issue we are having is that when a user replied to her notification, her comment was added under a different users name and i cannot find the link between the two users anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ray,

What did you configure on email notification? Which option did you put there?

We selected options for a group to be notified when an issue was created, updated, assigned, closed, and commented on. The group slected for notification only has 6 users in it.
