Symptom : User without email associated with G Suite Cannot display projects after JIRA upgrade yesterday

- Users was created 2 years ago and work properly until yesterday
-G Suite Sync was enables 2-3 month ago
-Those users dont have email associated with G Suite
Please help. Thank you.

Hopefully this has been sorted by now, however, if not I can take a look into this on our end if you can post the Cloud baseURL and the user's email. I understand that may be sensitive in nature so in that case you may want to reach out to the Cloud team directly as that is something they should be able to correct on their end.
