Just starting with JIRA and JIRA Agile. I've set up a new project and an Agile board. I'm trying to grant administrator-level access to a co-worker by assigning her to the "Administrators", "Site-Admins" and "JIRA-Users" groups. She can't see either the JIRA project or the Agile board. Am I missing something?
Check how the project permission scheme is configured. And if it uses project roles check if the mentioned groups are in these project roles. Or just add the user itself to the appropriate project roles.
