Can we have complete visibility or any modifications can be done on closed sprint?

if there is an option to expand closed sprints with more details exactly as the opened one?

view like an open sprint .?

From within a Jira project, the reports can show the contents and reports for the prior sprints.  Is that what you are looking to view?

What problem are you trying to solve by modifying the issues from a closed sprint?  The individual issues can me updated further after the sprint has closed.  Changing the included issues in a sprint would change what happened, and so invalidate the reporting a team can use to forecast and consider improvements.
