User sessions without activity Edited

Today we found that all the information regarding the users sessions are gone, the text we see under the user account are the following:

User statistics
Last session: Not available
Created date: Not available

Also some users arehaving trouble in the login, the site redirects to the id atlassian site, so they're confused and can't find the reason until they realize the domain is different.

This could be due to the Atlassian account upgrade. Check out 

Thank you for your replay, the URL seems to be deleted, I'm getting error 404. Do you have any other resource to get this info?
