User having admin access even though he not able to create issue

Hi

Having an access of administrator 

Even though cant getting create issues in JIRA

Please anyone help me with this issue !!!

Hi @Mukesh_Nandan ,

Welcome to Community !

Can you please Create Issue permission in associated project Permission scheme. If admin user is not part of this access , user will not be create issues in that project.

Please check the Create Issue permission  and browse permission of the Project.

Even though user has admin right,  he/she should have create Issue permission,
