We have an external vendor, who has assigned a group of service personal to our company. Internally at our company we have multiple projects that we assign tickets to the external vendor from. We are using "current assignee" option to allow them to view, comment, edit tickets from multiple projects. Now the vendor has a request that all external users be able to view tickets assigned to any one of their team member. How can we achieve this?

Easy thing to do would be to create a multi-user picker or group picker custom field (depending on what you prefer) and use that in the permissions. You can then populate the field on the issues with the appropriate values.
If that doesn't work, explore creating different issue security levels for different customers. If there are too many of them, this is painful!
