I created an open project board in Jira, so anyone on my team can create and edit Tasks on the board. I created two additional "People" fields for team members to be able to pull up other company members from a dropdown and include them in the Task. One member of my team can see other company members in the "Reporter" and "Assignee" fields, but when they try to pull up other company members in the other "People" fields that I added, they cannot see any names. These fields work for everyone else on my team, but not for this one team member. Any ideas?
