User cannot login

We recently ran into a problem. We have Jira synchronized with Active Directory and all user data (username, password, email) is transmitted from AD.

Everyone who works in Windows system, they have no problem logging in to Jira, but there are a few users who have Macbook and iOS system. They enter login and password from AD and they can't log in. If you go to Administration - > user Management, the message "Authentication is required at the next logon"is displayed for all these users.

We do not know how to solve the problem, we need your help!

Every user who is authorized to log in is assigned to one default group .

Are those mac users assigned to any group in JIRA ?

You need to verify that first under the user management section in jira.  Usually, users are under the group jira-users.
