Hello,
I've tried local and ldap auth for one new user. In any cases this user is getting a message "Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.". But i absolutely confident that Username and Password are correct. Any other new users are able to login without any problem.
Does someone experienced the same issue?
Thanks,
This problem actual for local and ldap auth.

Do these two things
1) In the Admin section of user directories in jira , test the user crendetials
2) Share the logs as well.

In the global permissions of JIRA, who can log on to jira, i guess people who are part of jira-users group can log-on to jira, is the user part of the jira-users group?
