I'm currently on a eval license of Jira and testing the system out. The system has been deployed and proxied over IIS.
For some reason, new users cannot get past the intial language select page?
Active directory is used to obtain the users
I would try restarting JIRA. If this is occurring with everyone I would try the instructions in How to bypass a Proxy and SSL to test network connectivity to see if a user can get past that screen if they do not go through the proxy.
Hi Branden, I'm a JIRA admin and have one user that cannot get past the initial language selection screen. When he selects 'English' and clicks on 'Continue' the screen looks like it's trying to do something but he can never get past that screen. He's tried multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and cleared cookies and cache. Any suggestions? Thanks.
