User accidently requested access on the wrong account and now cannot log out

I have a user that signed in with the wrong email that is not in our system. This supposedly generated a request, which I have never received. Now they are not able to log out of this page.

How do we go about fixing this?

Hi Samuel,

Find the [wrong] account the user logged in with and revoke permissions or otherwise delete/block/demean morally/kick off the island/etc. If you have problems with any of that, Contact Atlassian Support. Cheers!

It appears this was a browser caching issue on the users end.
