User Unable to Edit an Issue even after being added to associated Group and Role via Group

For some reason a User whom has been added to the appropriate group of Administrator and added to the role of Administrator via the group Administrators is unable to edit an issue. They do not see the EDIT button in the upper left hand corner of the issue. Am I missing any permissions or proper roles/groups that they should be in?

Adding as an administrator doesn't necessarily grant you Edit permissions. You might want to check the project permissions to be sure.

Also, you can use the "Permission helper" if you are an admin to find out why a user doesn't have a certain permission.
