User Jira ServiceDesk not be able to login

Deleted user January 11, 2018

Hi,

i have a question related to an existing Jira ServiceDesk user (called userX).

First of all, the userX's username was "firstName.lastName".

Since a couple of days, userX wasn't be able to login, then I modified his password but nothing changed (I tried myself) ...

I noticed a difference from userX and all other configured users:

userX's username is of the form firstName.lastName, but all the other users have firstName.lastName@maildomain.

I deleted userX but when I re-created him but his username was always "firstName.lastName".

Do you have some suggestions to resolve this issue?

I do not know how to allow the user to log in ...
