I set up a plan view from one of my Jira boards to display project progress. However, I have a user who cannot see the plan view even though:
1. They were added to the Jira board that is connected to the plan view (read-only user role)
2. All jira-software-users have permission to view the plan AND I added the individual user to the plan's permissions
3. They are part of the jira-software-users group
Everytime I log in as this user I get a blank plan view, can someone please help me with this? thank you in advance!
@Nicole Miliano In you "Plan Global Permissions" does this group "jira-software-users group" have access?

The permission set looks all good to me, however I doubt that the plan won't automatically show up unless you actively share it.
Try sharing the direct link with the user and let me try visiting through the link first to see how it goes.

Hi @Bo Zhao thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, even after sharing the link with the user they are getting this error message with 0 issues.
