Use admin account in JIRA with ldap enabled.

CIsSharp December 2, 2014

Hi all,

I have a JIRA with ldap integrated. For some reason there is synchronization problem and no user can access their account. I want to do directory sync using my admin account but even my admin account is not working for some reason and when I see the log it looks like it is actually searching account in ldap directories. Is there any way I can make my admin account working or sync the directory without login so that user can access their account.

Log:

Thanks,

CIsSharp

If you have SSO enabled, you will have to disable it for the local admin account to work. If not,  try resetting the password.

Thank you Jobin, How can I know if SSO is enabled. How can I disable it?
