Upload Files to JIRA

Kristeen Gentemann January 16, 2013

Hi all,

Problem: uploading large files 25mb+ psd's to our jira is taking years that make it unuseable - we're going to be bringing JIRA in-house - does anyone have any experience that would make this a feasible solution? We're looking at other systems, but I'd like to keep our design w/spec.s etc. in our little JIRA world....thoughts?

Thank you!

k

in the us, so shouldn't have problems, working w/agency, so their network and ours is used to uploading big files.....wondering if bringing jira in-house will solve. will check on default value - good point!

Doh. Default was set to 10mb. Much lower than what I need. Thank you very much.....

The servers for OnDemand are located in the US. Due to this there could be some delay in transferring files if you are not located in the US. The delay experienced should not be massive though.

Is this happening only from your network? Are you behind a proxy while accessing JIRA? And all browsers?

Mostly this is best handled by Atlassian support.
