We are not able to configure the upgrade to 6.0.6. We are unable to change the default ports used. Our firewall access is not working and we aren't sure if we can use the default ports.
This is a little difficult to help you with. If you can't get to your Jira, you need to fix your network so that you can, whether you change ports or amend the firewall/ But we can't tell you a lot more than that. We don't know what you've configured or why it's not working, because you haven't really told us enough to help you diagnose this.
