Upgraded to Jira 15 -- HTTP1.2(modern)

I upgraded to Jira 15.0 and after the upgrade was complete messages about using modern HTTP or 1.2 or higher. I'm not sure, I believe this has to do with apache tomcat; network IT group indicated a setting had to be set.  I am not sure where in Jira this is checked or is this the Jira tomcat setting.

If you can please provide me some guidance on this HTTP messages.
