Upgrade question - JIRA 6.2.3 to 6.3.12

Hi there,

 

I am trying to upgrade my JIRA instance from 6.2.3 to 6.3.12. I got the following during the installation process:

I have pressed quit and am looking for what to do next.

The backup failed.     It could be you did not enough permissions to create the zip file or your disk might be full.  If you have some old backs you should remove some of them and I would try again making sure you are executing with administrator rights.
