Upgrade Jira v6.0.2 to migrate to cloud

Please let me know how to migrate to cloud from Jira server? The documentation mentions about Jira upgrade before migration to cloud so please assist me on this.

Yes, you should upgrade that to JIRA 6.4, then to 7.3, then follow https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrating-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-779160826.html
