Upgrade Jira 6.2 and Jira Agile 6.3.12 to Jira Software 7.0.10

I found a problem for upgrade Upgrade Jira 6.2 and Jira Agile 6.3.12 to Jira Software 7.0.10.

1. Agile is not recognized at all.
2. Plugin also are not recognized.

I have experience from JIRA 6.4.12 to JIRA Software 7.0.10 and no problems were found.

Without going into too much detail, we've also had issues upgrading from anything but 6.4 JIRA and latest Agile to the latest JIRA Software.

Could you explain what the problem actually is?

To answer the two points:

1. JIRA Agile is an add-on for JIRA 6 and below, and you should not try to install it on JIRA 7, as it won't work.  It's not going to be recognised, as it doesn't work.
2. What plugin?

The move from 6.x + Agile to JIRA Software should work, but you've not told us what is wrong.
