I upgraded jira from 7.X to 8.4.1 and all seems to be well other than the Manage Apps page, when loaded it seems to crash my browser running some javascript, is this a known issue, anything I should check?

Did you tried on a different browser? Can you try to clear your browser cache and try again? Are you seeing any error?
