We have configured JIRA to create and update the issues from emails. The tickets are getting generated correctly but the problem is with the updating the issue comments from the email. Whenever we reply to the ticket email, the comments gets updated with the complete email not just my reply content. Is there any option to add comments only from the email body not complete thread?
