Updating in Portfolio Live Plans

Ryan Stufft March 16, 2016

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Live Plans [Labs]

Hi,

I am having a hard time finding where I can:

1) Add new projects to an existing Live Plan after it has been created
2) Adding/syncing to show new epics/stories to a Live plan after it has been created
3) Adding a theme (was this feature removed from Live Plans along with initiatives)

I've also tried reviewing the online Confluence information but have not found anything that points to answers regarding these three things.

Thanks in advance.

Adding/syncing to show new epics/stories to a Live plan after it has been created

If the issues are within a defined Scope, you do not need to add/sync anything anymore.

Adding a theme

Themes are not currently in the Labs release of Live Plans. They will be added again. This is a beta release.

(was this feature removed from Live Plans along with initiatives)

Initiatives can be re-added. You can define unlimited hierarchy now in the Portfolio Hierarchy Configuration section under Add-on Administration
