Updates not being highlighted in the emails received

There is one specifice project in JIRA where any updates to issue type 'New feature' are not being highlighted in the email received. The updates are there, but the users are not able to identify what has been updated. All other projects with this kind of issue do not have this problem. They all follow the same notificaton scheme. I did not have this issue earlier.

I am using JIRA v6.4-OD-15-055

Could you please raise a ticket on Atlassian Support under Atlassian Cloud (support.atlassian.com) so we can better investigate this?
