Update Plan is not updating all tickets

In Portfolio
I have a Plan that I am trying to update
I select an initialize date
I review the tickets and adjust estimates accordingly and submit
eg, a ticket which had 0 hours in JIRA, I mark as 3hrs for the story in Update screen
After spinning for a while, I am taken back to the Portfolio backlog 
The stories have the correct hours assigned (eg 3hrs)
But If I go and check the attached issues
The estimates have not been updated  (eg, remains at 0hrs)

Note, the behaviour is that only a few get the update, while the rest do not

 Am I doing something wrong?

NOTE: the plan is setup with syncing of estimates, stories, epic, and plan updates enabled.

Hi Dan, I've just tried this out, and it should actually work that after confirming the plan update, if auto-sync is turned on, that estimate change is also synched back to the JIRA issues. I'd recommend to raise a support ticket if the issue still persists to further investigate this.
